These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website at ceryce.com and the personal assistant services ("Margo") operated by Ceryce Armstrong ("I," "me," or "we") that screen and relay phone calls, text messages, and email (together, the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
The website
ceryce.com is a personal website provided for informational purposes. Content may change at any time without notice.
The Margo assistant and communications
When you call, text, or email a number or address I operate, you may interact with an automated personal assistant ("Margo"). Your communications may be recorded, transcribed, and processed in order to screen them, take a message, and relay it to me. By contacting me through the Services, you consent to that processing as described in the Privacy Policy. Margo acts on my behalf and does not represent any other person or organization.
SMS / text messaging terms
- Program. By texting a number I operate, or by providing your mobile number to receive messages, you may receive text messages from my personal assistant to screen, acknowledge, or relay communications, and to send you notifications you've asked for.
- Consent. I send texts only to people who have contacted me first or who have given consent. I do not send marketing or promotional texts.
- Message frequency. Varies and is conversational (messages are sent in response to your activity).
- Cost. Message and data rates may apply per your mobile carrier plan.
- Opt out. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages. You may receive a final confirmation that you've been unsubscribed.
- Help. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact contact@ceryce.com.
- Carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Privacy. Your mobile number and opt-in data are handled per the Privacy Policy and are never shared with third parties for marketing.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Services to break the law, harass, send spam or fraudulent or malicious content, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or interfere with the operation of the Services.
Intellectual property
The content on ceryce.com is owned by me or my licensors and is protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute it without permission, except as allowed by law.
Disclaimers
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. I do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that any message will be delivered.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, I will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Services.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.

I may update these Terms from time to time. The "Effective date" above reflects the latest version, and continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
