This Privacy Policy explains how Ceryce Armstrong ("I," "me," or "we") collects, uses, and protects information in connection with the website at ceryce.com and the personal assistant services ("Margo") that screen and relay phone calls, text messages, and email on my behalf (together, the "Services").

By using the Services — including by calling, texting, or emailing a number or address I operate, or by interacting with the Margo assistant — you agree to this Policy.

Information I collect

  • Information you provide. Your name, phone number, email address, and the contents of any call, text message, voicemail, or email you send to a number or address I operate, including any details you choose to share when the Margo assistant asks who you are and why you're reaching me.
  • Communications metadata. Call and message timestamps, caller/sender number, duration, and delivery status, used to screen and route communications.
  • Technical and usage data. Standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type, and pages viewed) when you visit ceryce.com, and limited cookies strictly necessary to operate the site.

I do not knowingly collect special categories of sensitive personal information through the Services, and I ask that you not send them.

How I use information

  • To answer, screen, and route phone calls and messages, and to take and relay messages to me.
  • To respond to your inquiries and communicate with you.
  • To operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Services.
  • To detect and prevent spam, fraud, and abuse.
  • To comply with legal obligations.

Text messaging (SMS)

If you exchange text messages with a number I operate, the Margo assistant may reply to screen and relay your message. Message frequency varies and is conversational. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, and get help by replying HELP. See the Terms & Conditions for the full messaging terms.

No mobile information (including phone numbers and SMS/text-messaging opt-in or consent data) will be sold, rented, or shared with any third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Any data sharing described below specifically excludes text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent; that information is never shared with third parties.

How information is shared

I do not sell your personal information. I share information only:

  • With service providers who process it solely to operate the Services on my behalf — for example, my telephony/SMS provider (Twilio), AI processing used to power the assistant (Anthropic), and hosting, email, and storage providers. These providers are permitted to use the information only to provide their services to me.
  • For legal reasons — to comply with applicable law, legal process, or enforceable governmental request, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of myself or others.

Data retention

I keep call and message logs, transcripts, and related records only as long as needed to provide and improve the Services, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations, after which they are deleted or de-identified.

Your choices and rights

  • Opt out of texts any time by replying STOP.
  • Access, correction, or deletion. You may request a copy of the personal information I hold about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it, subject to legal limits.
  • Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or the CCPA.

Cookies

ceryce.com uses only the minimal cookies necessary for the site to function. I do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Children's privacy

The Services are not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction), and I do not knowingly collect their information.

I use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so I cannot guarantee absolute security.
